Lately I've been having trouble to fall asleep since there is a lot (good and bad) going on in my life. I can't seem to turn off my brain from thinking when I lay in bed. I needed to establish some kind of relaxing routine to help me fall asleep and I want to share it with you. The main ingredient is lavender, I find it very easy to relax with it's calming scent.
First I take off my make up and clean my face (click for my night time routine post). For toning my face I'm now using slovenian product which I adore. It's by a brand Krasna from karst region, know for its big lavender fields. I like it because it's made for oily skin, it cleans and moisture it well. And the scent is amazing! You can see and shop the whole range here.
Next step is a nice shower or bath. After that is time for body moisturizer. For a lavender lover as myself I love using Cowshed knackered cow relaxing body lotion. It consist of essential oils of lavender and eucalyptus. I really like the scent, but it's not for everybody. I recommend to give it a sniff before purchasing it.
Then it's tea o'clock. I love all kinds of tea, but at night my all time favourite is Teekane Sweet dreams one. I like to put just a dash of milk in mine. The only thing that is missing in my collection is lavender scented candle. I'm planning to get one in the near future, it will be, of course, Yankee Candle.

March favourites
In this month favourites, there are a lot of food/drink related products. Believe it or not, march has been the month that I started eating healtier and working out (you know, trying swimsuits does that to you).
First item is porridge which you can buy at Hofer. I make it with rice milk (also from Hofer) and then add strawberries or any other fruit. It is currently my favourite breakfast. Next is Teekanne peppermint with lemon tea which I drank a lot in march since I was sick for almost two weeks. My favourite chocolate treat is Eurocream blok, it is a part od Lidl's nostalgic offer. Now to the non edible things. First is Balea shower gel Cocos & Nectarine, it smells divine, like some candy. I also really liked Afrodita cleaning milk for remowing my make up. It does the job great, you just have to be careful around the eyes. For my lips I have been loving L'Occitane rose lip balm. I started using a new conditioner for my hair, it is Joico K-PAK and I really like how my hair feels like after using it. Instead of using a regular deodorant I prefer Deo crystal from Balea. It is great because it doesn't leave any colousr on skin or clothes and it feels like you have nothing on your skin but it does the job. As for the nailpolish, I really love my new mini OPI which have sand effect.
For the first time (in forever) I have a favourite person/blogger, actually a girl chrush *blush*. It is slovenian blogger Živa who I got a chance to meet in person. She is sooo nice and easy to talk to, even though I'm normally very shy around people I don't know.
In march I started watching a TV series The Originals and I couldn't stopped watching it, it is amazing!
If you like The Vampire Diaries, you should deffinately check it out.
I also have a favourite movie, La belle et la bête, which is french for Beauty and the beast. Perfect for fairytales lover like myself.
