Sweet vanilla
Hey ladies, long time no read, huh? Sorry about that, I hope I will make it up to you with this extra sweet post featuring my favourite spice - vanilla. I really enjoy doing themed posts, so I deicided to dig into my drawers and search for anything valilla-ish that I love. First thing that poped into my mind was, of course, Twinings vanilla black tea, which has been my favourite tea for almost ten years. I always have on my tea shelf. I drink it without sugar and with a dash of milk, yummy!
Next is Loyd strawberry & vanilla tea which is a new adition to my tea collection.
When I'm drinking tea I love to burn candles, one that go great with vanilla theme is Yankee Candle - Vanilla Cupcake. I smells so good that I always want to eat it!
Now to body care products. The one that I'm really fond of is Afrodita Vanilla cream shower gel. Firstly because it's an amazing products and secondly becasue Afrodita is a Slovenian brand, which I adore. This cream shower gel is very rich and it feels great on my skin, plus it's smell is to die for. I really recommend you to try it out. After shower I like to moisturize my body with Lush Vanilla Dee - Lite body lotion. I like it because it absorbs quickly and it has a light consistency, but it still manage to give my skin the moisturization it needs, especially in colder months. I really like the smell aswell. And the last product on my vanilla list is L'Occitane Vanilla Bouqet hand cream. It has a thick consistency so you really don't need a lot of product for one use. I love L'Occitane hand creams, because I feel like they really makes my hands softer and moisturized.

Afrodita cosmetics sugar scrub
When it comes to using a body scrub, I'm not a good exaple, because I tend to forget that they exist in my drawer. You know that feeling, nobody's got time for that? Yup, totaly me in a relation to body scrubs. But lately something has changed. I know many girls were raving about Afrodita cosmetics sugar scrub and I really wanted to see what the fuss is all about. When I first opend the lid I fell in love with the smell. It's very sweet, vanilla scented luxurious product. I immediately decieded that this little fella is comming in the shower with me. On the lid it says that it contains brown sugar and shea butter. When I first put my fingers in it I could really feel the sugar crystals. You must be gentle when applying it onto your body, because otherwise it can be a little harsh. After rinsing it off you are left with smooth, soft and also hydrated skin. I have never found a scrub that good and I know I will use this one often, atleast once a week.

My night time routine
Hello lovelies. Today I will write about my night time routine - cleaning my face.
Given the fact that at the time I have very problematic skin, I had to
establish some routine to really clean it well. Most of the days I try
and not wear any make up, but when I do, I wear a lot of it, so I must
take some time and clean it all off at night.
I start with removing my make up with a combination of micellar water/solution and cleansing milk. I pour some of it on the cotton pad, at the moment I'm using those big oval ones from Primark, and attempt to remowe all of it. For the eyes I use a little bit more and just hold the pad on eye for about 15 seconds, because mascara and eyeliner can be hard to remove. At the moment I'm using Garnier and Afrodita micellar water, my favourite is from Loreal, but I ran out of it. My cleansing milk is also from Afrodita.
Next step has recently become my favourite. When I started using face brush I realize how much make up stays on my face after the first step. Before that my second step was just washing my face with a gel, like you normally do, face brush just make it easier for you and also clean your face better. I haven't been using it for that long, so I can't say if it has done anything good for me, but after using it, my skin feels very smooth and nice. I started using it mainly because I have quite big pores and I hope I will manage to make them smaller. I use Braun face brush wich is soft enough for my sensitive skin full of acne. I have been using La Roche - Posay Effaclar foaming gel for quite some time now and I love it, the only thing that bothers me is the smell.
Next step is toning. At the moment I'm using Nivea pure & natural cleansing toner, it's okay, but I want to try out something else, any reccomendations?
The last step is aplying cream. This cream is very oily and has a consistency of a wax so I have to apply it on a damp face. It takes a little more time to absorb, but I really don't care about that at night. I bought that cream in summer in Greece, it's made for problematic skin and I must say that my skin likes it.

March favourites
In this month favourites, there are a lot of food/drink related products. Believe it or not, march has been the month that I started eating healtier and working out (you know, trying swimsuits does that to you).
First item is porridge which you can buy at Hofer. I make it with rice milk (also from Hofer) and then add strawberries or any other fruit. It is currently my favourite breakfast. Next is Teekanne peppermint with lemon tea which I drank a lot in march since I was sick for almost two weeks. My favourite chocolate treat is Eurocream blok, it is a part od Lidl's nostalgic offer. Now to the non edible things. First is Balea shower gel Cocos & Nectarine, it smells divine, like some candy. I also really liked Afrodita cleaning milk for remowing my make up. It does the job great, you just have to be careful around the eyes. For my lips I have been loving L'Occitane rose lip balm. I started using a new conditioner for my hair, it is Joico K-PAK and I really like how my hair feels like after using it. Instead of using a regular deodorant I prefer Deo crystal from Balea. It is great because it doesn't leave any colousr on skin or clothes and it feels like you have nothing on your skin but it does the job. As for the nailpolish, I really love my new mini OPI which have sand effect.
For the first time (in forever) I have a favourite person/blogger, actually a girl chrush *blush*. It is slovenian blogger Živa who I got a chance to meet in person. She is sooo nice and easy to talk to, even though I'm normally very shy around people I don't know.
In march I started watching a TV series The Originals and I couldn't stopped watching it, it is amazing!
If you like The Vampire Diaries, you should deffinately check it out.
I also have a favourite movie, La belle et la bête, which is french for Beauty and the beast. Perfect for fairytales lover like myself.
