There is no summery make up look without bronzer. I love using Essence (TE Beach cruisers) bronzing powder, because it's matte, but it's also shimmery in the middle, so you can use it as a matte or shimmery bronzer, to get that sun kissed look. Artdeco bronzing powder is matte, and very gorgeous on the skin. Now to the bright colours, I love wearing coral nail polish in the summer. My favourites are Essie - California coral and Alessandro - VIVA LA DIVA - City Grass. As for the lipstick, my favourite shades are pink, one of my favourite is Wet 'n' wild - Mauve Outta Here. I'm sure those pretty colors are popping into your eyes, this is my first Sleek eyeshadow palette and it's called sunset. Pigmentation is amazing as you can see on the swatches. Those are actually quite wild colors for me, but I have tried some combinations on my eyes and I liked the results. I also love the packaging, it's very slim and sturdy, great for traveling.

I love trying new Slovenian products. This time I've got bath salt from the brand called Lepa Vida. I put a hand full of salt into my bath, because I tend to have problems with salt water when I go to the sea, that way I'm slowly preparing my skin for the salt. It also smells great, you can pick between different scents, mine is mediterannean. Next one is a must! I'm talking about SPF. There's a lot of them on the market, but I always tend to pick a high one. Mine is Yves Rocher Protectyl vegetal 50+. It works great for my sensitive skin and I don't get sunburned while using it. Anothes must in summer is body moisturizer. You don't want to have dry skin while wearing shorts, don't you? Currently I'm obsessing over Soap & glory the righteous butter. It's made for very dry skin, which skin on my legs sure it. I'm in love with the smell. I want a perfume that smells like that, anyone knows if it exists?

Batiste dry shampoo comes in handy on the days when you just can't bother to wash your hair. It refreshes them and makes them look clean.

Schwarzkopf GLISS hair repair oil is a great product to use on your hair after a long day at the beach. My ends are very dry, so I like to spray a little bit of this oil on them. It also helps me brush them easily.

Another SPF related item, this one is for my face. It's Clinique face cream (SPF 40). For covering up my acne I have been using Rimmel stay matte liquid mousse foundation and pressed powder non stop and I'm obsessed. I just need to get mousse foundation in a lighter shade, but that one's ok for summer. To set my foundation I love using L'occitane pivoine sublime perfectiong mist. It does it's job great in the heat, when my foundation would normally melt of my face. Lastly, there has to be a candle. This one is Yankee Candle Sun & Sand. It's a tropical beach breeze of sweet orange flower, lemony citrus, fresh lavender and powdery musk.

Ready for spring?

In my country the winter is comming to an end. I love winter, but I also like spring. I love it when the season changes because that means new wardrobe and new beauty poducts. In today's post I will show you some od my spring stash. Those are just some of them, because I didn't want this post to be too long. I'm thinking about bringing back monthly favouites posts, how would you like that?

Let's stat with good smelling items. First is Yves Rocher GREEN TEA eau de toilette (purchase here). Lately I tend to like fresh scents more than those sickly sweet ones. I think fresh ones are great for spring and summer, I will be using this one non-stop.
Next is Ma Provence orange blossom shower gel. I actualy already started using it and I love the scent very much.
Yankee Candle Aloe Vera (purchase here) is very nice and fresh scent. I like it because it's not too overpowering. It's a part of their new spring collection, wich in my opinion is great, I like every scent in it. More about the whole collection on my friends Živa blog here.

 Essie - fiji is probably the most popular shade amongst beauty bloggers, I thik that almost every beauty blogger in Slovenia own one, so I have to follow the trend and got it for myself. I think this one is great for everyday use because it's very natural. The shade mint candy apple is one of my favourite. It's this perfect mint nailpolish that everyone should own. I really like my pastels in spring as you can tell.
Essence lash princess false lash effect mascara is a new mascara from essence. I'm really impressed by their mascaras because they are great and cheap too.

 Catrice CO1 Apricoco matt lip colour is very pretty orange/coral/appricot colour. I steppet out of my safe zone with this one a bit, and I'm glat that I did, because I really like it and I know I will wear it a lot.

The last is the product that I'm most excited to feature in this post, it's my beloved Urban Decay NAKED 2 palette  (purchase here). This one has been on my wishlist since it first came out. The shades are great for either daytime or nighttime makeup looks. I love the facts that it has matt and shimmery shades. I would love to own other two palettes, but this one is the one I know I will use a lot because the shades are totally up my alley and the fact that it also have a black shade won me over even more. The palette comes with the brush, wich is actually pretty great and a set of eye primers.

What's in my beauty beach bag

Prejšnji teden sem preživela v Grčiji, na otoku Kreta. Ker smo se odločili obiskati kar precej plaž, sem seveda morala spakirati tudi "beauty bag". Največ časa sem posvetila razmišljanju kaj naj s svojim obrazom polnim aken, ali naj se vsak dan mučim s pudrom, naj uporabim samo korekto, ali pa samo vlažilno kremo? Na koncu sem se odločila za nekaj vmes, Maybelline dream fresh BB krema. Dodaten plus pri tej kremi je, da ima SPF 30, kar poleti pride še kako prav. Ko sem kremo preizkusila me je navdušila, saj ima večjo prekrivnost, kot sem pričakovala. Vzela sem jo v odtenku light, ki mi super ustreza. Z maskaro se nisem preveč ukvarjla, saj sem jo imela že doma od lani, to je Essence get big lashes vodoodporna maskara, ki sem jo uporabljala vsak dan in me ni razočarala. Ker se mi ustnice hitro izsušijo, sem zanje vzela  L'occitane balzam za ustnice z vonjem nežne vrtnice.

 

Za osvežitev v vročih dneh, sem uporabila Balea osvežilni sprej, ki ima prijeten vonj po mangu. Za suho kožo na nogah zelo rada uporabljam kokosovo olje, ampak ker to nima zaščite pred soncem, sem se odločila uporabiti Hawaiian tropic olje za zaščito  z SPF 6. Z njim sem bila zelo zadovoljna, saj dobro navlaži kožo, jo zaščiti, povrhu vsega pa še božansko diši.

Moja koža je zelo občutljiva na sonce in morsko vodo, zato moram biti previdna pri izbiri kreme za sončenje, da je ta še dodatno ne razdraži. Ko sem brskala za kremami, sem naletela na Yves Rocher sprej z zaščito 50+ za katerega trdijo, da je namenjen tudi najbolj občutljivi koži. Ta stavek me je  prepričal v nakup. Moram povedati, da pri uporabi nisem bila najbolj vestna in sem dobila malo barve, ampak s kožo nisem imela nobenih problemov, po dolgem času se mi alergija ni pojavila. Če je na to vplivala uporaba te kreme ne vem, vem pa da sem z njo zelo zadovoljna. Všeč mi je, da nima vpadljivega vonja in da po nanosu koža ne ostane bela ampak se lepo vpije. Kožo tudi lepo navlaži, torej same pozitivne stvari.

April favourites

First thing that I'm most excited to tell you about is this beautiful purple necklace, made by Manuela click. I have been wearing it a lot since I've got it in the mail.  April has been a pistachio month for me, I have been showering with Yves Rocher  cocoa & pistachio nut shower gel and snacking on Lindt pistachio delight chocolate. My hands have been loving Essence Cookies & Cream hand balm, it smells super nice, I want to eat it :) Talking about good smelling thingies, I'm crazy about Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy perfume. The bottle is gorgeous and the smell is sweet, just what I like the most. On my eyes I have been using Yves Rocher Sexy Pulp mascara and Manhattan duo eyeshadow (mystic silver brown) almost every day. For my imperfection aka. my whole face I have discovered Bourjois happy light concealer (21 ivore), which is great. I also love the little mirror insice, so I carry it with me all the time.

The song I have been listening on the repeat this month is Darius Rucker - Wagon Wheel.

Yves Rocher make up look

Lep pozdrav! Ponovno sem vam oglašam z objavo v slovenščini. Ker sem ena izmed 10ih srečnic, ki smo prejele paketek Yves Rocher izdelkov, sem dobila za domačo nalogo, da s pomočjo prejetih ličil ustvarim dnevni ali večerni make up videz. Seznam izdelkov, ki sem si jih izbrala si lahko pogledate v objavi tukaj.
Sedaj pa nekaj besed o videzu, ki sem ga ustvarila. V planu sem imela ustvariti dnevni videz, vendar imam vedno problem, ko začnem nanašati črno senčko, ne morem nehati, dokler ni preveč, zato vedno nastane večerni videz. Sama sicer redno nosim takšen videz tudi podnevi, saj imam takšen stil, tako da naj vas ne bo strah uporabiti veliko črne tudi podnevi.

Začela sem z bazo za puder s katero sem izredno zadovoljna. Ker imam trenutno zelo mastno kožo, mi veliko pomeni, če puder ostane na mestu dlje časa in ta baza to definitivno zagotavlja. Edina stvar, ki me moti je vonj, ker malo spominja na med, ki meni smrdi. Ampak se ta vonj kmalu razdiši. Nadaljevala sem s tekočim pudrom, ki sem ga prejela v odtenku 100 rose. Glede na to, da je to najsvetlejši odtenek, sem pričakovala da bo res svetel, vendar je zame žal malo pretemen, saj imam zelo svetlo polt. Je pa puder kar dobro prekriven in nisem potrebovala veliko korektorja, da sem skrila vse nepravilnosti. Puder naredi naraven videz in lep sijaj na obrazu. Da sem celoten obraz malo zmatirala sem uporabila žameten puder v prahu, nad katerim sem navdušena. Prva stvar, ki sem jo opazila je zelo prijeten vonj, všeč pa mi je tudi to, da mi obraz lepo zmatira in moja mastna koža ne pride tako do izraza. Puder ima priloženo gobico za nanos, vendar sama raje uporabljam čopič. Na lica sem nanesla rdečilo, ki sem ga izbrala v odtenku 10 - teint clair rose. To rdečilo je zelo nežno in ne preveč pigmentirano. V živo je barva zelo lepa in ravno prav vidna, na slikah pa mi je ni uspelo lepo ujeti. Rdečilo tudi zelo lepo diši. Na veke sem najprej nanesla  mono senčilo rožnata mat nato pa sem uporabila dvojno senčilo črna/siva. Pri senčilu me je najbolj navdušila odstojnost, saj se mi večina senčil hitro nabere v očesni gubi, to pa ostane na svojem mestu cel dan. Sem pa pričakovala malo več pigmentiranost, sploh pri sivi barvi. Na koncu sem na oči nanesla še maskaro Sexy Pulp, ki je bila prvi izdelek od prejetih, ki sem ga preizkusila in me je takoj navdušila. Maskara naredi lep naraven videz, najbolj pa mi je všeč da trepalnic ne sprime. Na koncu sem na ustnice nanesla šminko v odtenku 42 - Corail Voile, ki je nežno oranžno koralne barve. Šminka mi je všeč, predvesm zato, ker ustnic ne izsuši.

Danes po dolgem času pišem objavo v slovenščini. Iz podjetja Yves Rocher so nam blogerkam poslali nekaj njihovih izdlekov dekorativne kozmetike in bi vam v današnji objavi rada pokazala kaj vse sem dobila in katere odtenke sem si izbrala. Ker stvari še nisem dobro stestirala, pridejo ocene kasneje.
